This policy explains what personal data OnlyChat ("we") processes when you use this website and our AI conversation service, why we process it and what rights you have.

What we collect

• Messages you send to our AI characters, so the conversation can continue.
• Account details if you create an account: email address, display name, preferred language and a hashed password.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifier and pages visited, used for security, fraud prevention and basic analytics.
• Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

• To run the service and generate character replies.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To improve the quality of our characters and features.
• To measure the performance of our advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with processors that help us run the service — hosting, AI model providers, payment and email providers, and analytics — under contracts that protect it. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and delete it when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep part of it longer.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing or ask for a copy of it. You can delete conversations at any time inside the service.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed, and access to production data is limited to the people who need it to keep the service running.
